Vick Hears Boos In His Return to Atlanta

Michael Vick heard a lot of boos in his return to the Atlanta Falcons. He was welcomed with boos, and nothing but boos. And during his first play of the game, in which he ran for three yards, there were barely any cheers from the Atlanta crowd.

And then two plays later, boos began to erupt with a four-yard-run. Bet Andy Reid want to piss these guys off. Vick was team captain, and returning to Atlanta, it had to be a bit special.

There were a lot of memories in this place, some great ones. I remember during the 2005 season, Vick ran around the field, making big plays, and helping the Falcons beat the Eagles in the season-opener, 14-10. Everyone cheered on Vick.

Now it’s just the opposite, as Vick is helping Philly win it all, and is having boos.

He received some warm welcomes from his teammates, including center Todd McClure and receiver Roddy White. There were a lot of Vick jerseys in the game, both Philly and Atlanta.

Vick is doing his thing, though, and so far throughout the game, he has been helpful as Philly leads as of now 27-0, as I am writing this.

Vick greeted by some fans in return to Atlanta. Glad to see some support.
