After coming off a win against New Orleans, the Thunder will head off to Golden State to face the Warriors. According to ESPN Accuscore, OKC has as 55% chance of winning this matchup. The Thunder are also 13-11 on road games while Golden State is 9-13 on road games.
Durant, a respected scorer, looks to put up some big numbers tonight. He will strike. Durant has been averaging about 30 PPG including 32.5 PPG in his last 23. Durant has scored over 25 points in 23 games, and according to sources, it’s a feat no one could come near of at his age of 21 years.
Durant needs 32 points to lead the NBA in scoring, thanks to Carmelo Anthony with his injury. And it’d be so easy for a win and some good numbers against Golden State. Why? Take a look at this from ESPN:
Durant is averaging 34.3 points and 10.1 rebounds while shooting 42.9 percent (12 for 28) from 3-point range and 94.7 percent (54 for 57) from the free throw line in his last seven games against Golden State, which is allowing a league-worst 111.5 points a contest.
Nice. This can be a very easy win in my opinion.
OKC wins…by a large margin.
