Tyronn Lue was introduced as the Cleveland Cavaliers new head coach at a press conference on Saturday morning, and the 38-year-old former NBA guard was not lacking confidence laying out a championship plan for the Cavaliers.
While leading the Eastern Conference, the Cavs announced Friday that David Blatt had been fired in favor of Lue. Lue told reporters he has what it takes to improve the Cavs, albeit doing it better.
Lue offered some examples of how he intends to do “better.”
Lue reportedly has the full support of locker room, and we’ll have to say how this plays out with James now facing more pressure as he’ll take the blame for Blatt’s firing.
