Recently there has been many leaked documents showing up online about professional footballers contracts. The latest show the contract for the 2013 transfer from Real Madrid of Mesut Ozil.
The fine details of the leaked contract show a buy-back clause was inserted into the contract by Real. It states that if Arsenal were to try to sell the German international, they would have the first refusal to buy him back.
Arsenal fans should not worry too much about the clause though as it is only activated if the Gunners decided to sell the German International to a team in Spain. If this happens, then Real are allowed 48 hours to step in and buy the player if they wish.
The leaked document also detailed an agreement that if the Gunners were to sell the player for above $55 million, Real are entitled to 33% of the profits if he were sold to a Spanish team.
These were not the only surprises in Ozil's Arsenal contract. The document showed that yet another clause was added which sees the Gunners paying Real each season that they qualify for the Champions League. The Madrid giants will receive $1 million each year if they meet this until they have paid $6 million.
Wenger will not want to sell one of his top performing stars. Ozil has had an outstanding season and without his assists, they would be struggling to finish in the top four.
With 16 assists already this season, Ozil is seven in front of his nearest rival. If you are betting online free bets, the German international is a definite shoo-in for leading the assist table come the end of the campaign.
After a disappointing result against Chelsea at the weekend, Gunners fans are going to be boosted by the news of four injured players returning. In the game on Sunday, star man Alexis Sanchez returned to the bench and made a cameo appearance.
His return almost helped the team snatch a late point. Also expected to return are Francis Coquelin, Jack Wilshere, Danny Welbeck and Santi Cazorla.
Both Cazorla and Coquelin have been severely missed by their absence. They formed a solid partnership in midfield that gave the team much-needed balance. Their return should help the Gunners to have their best chance in years to win the Premier League crown.
Wenger will be particularly pleased that Coquelin will be returning shortly. The Gunners have many difficult games over the coming month and will need him to tighten up their defence.
Two players who are still to make an appearance this season for Arsenal are Welbeck and Wilshere. Both players will be hoping they can stay injury free for the rest of the campaign.
If either is going to have any chance of making the England team for the Euros, they will have to be on sparkling form from now until the summer. It may be worth putting on free bets on them to make the squad come the summer.
The European Championships is something to look forward to, especially if you like betting online free bets. There have been many young English players who are having outstanding campaigns this year which will improve England's chances of making the final.
