It's Toronto, so of course the city's own would handle the introductions. The NBA announced that rapper Drake will introduce the All-Star starters on Sunday night.
Grammy award-winning artist, Raptors Global Ambassador and Toronto native, Drake, will be adding his own special touch to the 2016 NBA All-Star player introductions on Sunday, Feb 14, live at 8 p.m. ET on TNT (U.S.), Sportsnet ONE and TSN (Canada).
The 65th NBA All-Star Game, the first NBA All-Star Game held outside the United States, will be seen by fans in 215 countries and territories and will be heard in 49 languages.
Drake was one of the coaches for Friday night’s Celebrity Game, and even was presented with the key to the city by the Mayor of Toronto before the game.
