Under Armour definitely made the right investment in signing Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry right before his 2014-15 MVP season.
Since then, they have been killing it in the basketball sneaker world with their Curry signature sneakers. The Under Armour Curry One was a huge success last year.
With Steph having an even more historic 2015-16 season, where he helped lead the Warriors to 73 wins while winning his second straight MVP, the Under Armour Curry Two is doing quite well too.
According to The Shoe Game, Curry is on pace to outsell all of the Nike signature basketball players—the company that decided not to keep the star point guard. Curry is on pace outsell the Nike LeBrons by $10 million. His sneakers are on pace outsell the KDs, Kobes and Kyries combined.
This is extremely impressive, especially for a company that wasn't really popular in the basketball sneaker landscape only a couple years ago.
