The Golden State Warriors have not been playing like the 73-9 team we have been accustomed to all season. They now find themselves a loss away from elimination to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Many are wondering about what the hell is up with unanimous MVP Stephen Curry, who is playing nothing like his usual self. Curry had absolutely one of his worst games on Tuesday night.
Reports are now interestingly coming out that Curry is not fully at 100 percent, and more at about 70 percent. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr quickly shut down those rumors.
I would find it hard to believe that Curry is actually injured, considering he did this only a few days ago:
In addition, he did drop 28 points in a Warriors win in Game 2. You're telling me he got completely banged up after that? Please, he was yelling "I'm back" against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Seems like the media is trying to cape for the golden boy. Not trying to be a hater, but if people say there's no excuses for people like LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant, then why should Curry get a pass?
