The only thing Coach K likes more than winning championships is landing a star point guard to build behind.
Duke has offered Nueman Goretti Quade Green during his two-day unofficial visit to campus.
Green has been on a mission this spring and summer and dominated on the Nike EYBL Circuit, averaging 10.5 assists per game. That’s more than three assists per game higher than the next distributor in the league.
The interest isn’t surprising, as Green recently jumped from No. 41 to No. 22 in ESPN’s recruiting rankings, because he’s selfless point guard who’s going to pass first and would be huge for Kentucky or Duke, who both recruit tons of offensive weapons.
Add on the fact that he got those 10.5 assists per-game in a Nike AAU league, and you’ll see why he’s likely to be a McDonald’s All American.
