Derek Fisher hasn't played in the NBA since as a 39-year-old with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Now 42 years old, the former point guard is now reportedly plotting a return as a player in the league.
Rumors have been coming up since last week when Fisher posted a training video of himself. Here's the latest one he posted on Wednesday.
The last time Fisher touched the NBA floor was as a head coach of the New York Knicks. However, it wouldn't be the first time a player retired, then turned head coach, then returned as player—look at Magic Johnson in the years 1991-96.
All odds point to this not working out for Fisher, especially after his incident with Matt Barnes. If you add in the fact the current oldest NBA player is Andre Miller, he's still two years YOUNGER than Fisher.
