Call me a hypebeast, but past the Air Jordan models of 1-14 there are very few that are visually pleasing or are good to rock casually. I can only name a few, such as the 17s, 21s, 23s, 29s and the upcoming 31s. Remember, it's just my opinion.
I'm sure many would agree with me in that the Air Jordan 15 is probably one of the most ugliest models in the lineup. The only one I could say is worse is the Air Jordan 2010.
If you don't agree with me, just ask Tinker Hatfield, who is the legendary designer of the many Air Jordan models sneakerheads love. He is literally the godfather of Air Jordans, and even he exclaims the 15s are his least favorite.
"People ask me all the time. What’s your favorite Air Jordan and what’s your least favorite? Sometimes I’ll say my favorite is the Jordan XI, and a few times I’ve said my least favorite is the Air Jordan XV," he said in an interview with Complex.
Hatfield is using the 15 model as to showcase as the promo colorway for the upcoming "Kubo and the Two Strings" film releasing on August 19th.
This colorway takes on the good vs evil theme from the movie, with one show having red coloring accents while the other has blue.
"It made sense to use a single pair but tell both sides of the story," Tinker said.
