Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman considers himself to be the best defensive back in the NFL, but Arizona Cardinals' Patrick Peterson has something to say about that.
The two got into a beef over their Madden ratings, but Norman decided to talk about how Peterson got burned by new teammate DeSean Jackson in a game before.
“Well, I haven’t gotten scored on by DeSean in a game, so that’s pretty much all I’ll say about that,” Norman said, via the Washington Post.
These comments are in response to Peterson trash-talking Norman when videos came out of the former Carolina Panthers star getting beat in several one-on-one drills in practice, including once by D-Jax himself.
That's when one fan decided to point out to Peterson that he gets burned by Jackson "every time," which led to this response:
Jackson did have a game in 2014 in which he burned Peterson on a 64-yard touchdown. In that game, he had 115 yards. However, that's the only good game he's had in the three times he faced Peterson. In the other two games combined, he's had six catches for 79 yards.
Despite all that, Jackson did not like his name being mentioned in the Norman-Peterson beef:
