The other day, I was on the San Diego Chargers official website.

I was looking at the team's depth chart and I found sometime very surprising to my eyes.

I saw that the team's first-round draft pick Larry English was a backup left outside linebacker.

Now you all know the Chargers go by a 3-4 defensive strategy, so read very closely.

Larry English should be positioned at the right inside linebacker spot.

Why so?

I'll tell you why.

He can't start at left inside linebacker because Stephen Cooper holds that spot and he was very impressive last year.

Then you have Shaun Phillips and Shawne Merriman taking over the left and right outside linebacker spots, who'll make a lot of pressure and do many passing attacks on the opponent's quarterback that they'll be facing.

And if English starts for the right inside linebacker, the Chargers defense will dominate with a lot of pressure for the passing and rushing game.

And if San Diego can do that, a Super Bowl championship win will be coming their way soon.
