When the season had just begun for the Oregon Ducks, their running back's season just ended. LaGarrette Blount was suspended for this year after his suckerpunch on Boise State Broncos defensive end Bryan Hout.

He was out of control:

Following the 19-8 loss, that'll probably be the last game he will ever see in his football career. Blount later apologized saying that he did something he should have never done. Oh really? He said he lost his head. By losing his head, he also lost his career.

Oregon's coach, Chip Kelly, said he hopes Blount's legacy doesn't rely on a YouTube clip that happened on September 3. If you have ESPN Insider, this story might tell you something.

NFL Scouts won't be interested in him that much with his sportsmanship. It's going to be tough down the road for Blount. Blount, I think you went too far.

The Punch Heard Around the World will be staying here for a long time.
