The official BCS Bowl Schedule has been set, including the BCS National Championship Game, where No. 1 Auburn will take on No. 2 Oregon.
I've decided to take an interesting spin on the BCS Bowl Schedule and determine which NFL teams would fit best into the different games.
So be prepared to find out which two NFL teams I think should play in the BCS National Championship Game and much more.

Gator Bowl: Miami Dolphins vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Official: The official BCS Schedule for the Gator Bowl has been determined, and Mississippi State is set to take on Michigan.
NFL: In my NFL edition of the BCS schedule I have the Jacksonville Jaguars facing off against the Miami Dolphins.
Why: I thought it'd be fitting because not only do are they solid teams but because the Gator Bowl takes place in Jacksonville, Fla.
Simulation: I envision both teams fighting it off until the end, but the Dolphins stifling defense will prove to be too powerful. All in all, this'll be a game that will make Florida football proud.
Prediction: Miami Dolphins win.
NFL: In my NFL edition of the BCS schedule I have the Jacksonville Jaguars facing off against the Miami Dolphins.
Why: I thought it'd be fitting because not only do are they solid teams but because the Gator Bowl takes place in Jacksonville, Fla.
Simulation: I envision both teams fighting it off until the end, but the Dolphins stifling defense will prove to be too powerful. All in all, this'll be a game that will make Florida football proud.
Prediction: Miami Dolphins win.
Chick-Fil-A Bowl: St. Louis Rams vs. Oakland Raiders

Official: The official BCS Schedule for the Chick-fil-A Bowl has been determined, and South Carolina is set to take on Florida State.
NFL: In my NFL edition of the BCS schedule I have the St. Louis Rams facing off against the Oakland Raiders.
Why: I thought it'd be fitting because these are two squads that have surprised fans all around the league and have something to prove on a big stage.
Simulation: I envision both teams grinding it out, but the Raiders will find a way to fend off the Rams and ultimately win the game. I think the dynamic duo of Darren McFadden and Michael Bush will simply be too much to handle.
Prediction: Oakland Raiders win.
NFL: In my NFL edition of the BCS schedule I have the St. Louis Rams facing off against the Oakland Raiders.
Why: I thought it'd be fitting because these are two squads that have surprised fans all around the league and have something to prove on a big stage.
Simulation: I envision both teams grinding it out, but the Raiders will find a way to fend off the Rams and ultimately win the game. I think the dynamic duo of Darren McFadden and Michael Bush will simply be too much to handle.
Prediction: Oakland Raiders win.
Cotton Bowl: New York Giants vs. Indianapolis Colts

Official: The official BCS Schedule for the Cotton Bowl has been determined, and LSU is set to take on Texas A&M.
NFL: In my NFL edition of the BCS schedule I have the New York Giants facing off against the Indianapolis Colts.
Why: I thought it'd be fitting because these are two teams that have had golden opportunities to jump into the league's elite but have slipped at critical moments. Also, this would feature the famous Manning brothers rivalry.
Simulation: I envision both teams executing their opposing philosophies, but in the end the Giants are the more balanced team and will come out on top. Moreover, with Peyton Manning receiving virtually no help from his supporting cast, I don't see how they could pull this one out.
Prediction: New York Giants win.

Why: I thought it'd be fitting because these are two teams that have struggled early on yet rallied to garner a spot in a quality bowl game. Moreover, it's an opportunity for them to prove whether or not they were the
real deal.
Simulation: This will be an entertaining matchup featuring some of the game's biggest names. The Cowboys have one of the premier offenses, while the Vikings boast a top-notch defense. This could, in fact, be the most exciting bowl game out there.
Prediction: Dallas Cowboys win.

Why: I thought it'd be fitting because these are two teams that have struggled early on yet rallied to garner a spot in a quality bowl game. Moreover, it's an opportunity for them to prove whether or not they were the

Holiday Bowl: Tampa Bay Buccaneers Vs. San Diego Chargers

NFL: In my edition of the BCS Schedule I have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers facing off against the San Diego Chargers.
Why: I thought it'd be fitting because these are two teams that they can play with the best, yet haven't managed to push themselves over the hump.
Simulation: This will be an interesting matchup between two teams who entered the season with differing expectations. I believe that the Chargers are the better ball club, so they should win this one.
Prediction: San Diego Chargers win.

NFL: In this edition of the BCS Schedule I have the New Orleans Saints facing off against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Why: The Sugar Bowl traditionally features the SEC champion, and that conference is usually controlled by speed demons, so I related it to the NFC South. Because I have the Atlanta Falcons in the BCS National Championship Game, the next one up is the New Orleans Saints and they will battle the AFC North (Big Ten) winner in the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Simulation: This will be a contest between two of the past Super Bowl Champions, and I think as of now the Saints have the edge. Frankly, I don't think the Steelers secondary can contain Drew Brees' aerial attack.

Why: The BCS National Championship Game traditionally features the two beast teams in the nation, and in my opinion those are the Falcons and Jets. Regardless of how close of a margin they've won by, these two squads have simply separated themselves from the pack this year.
Simulation: This will truly be an amazing BCS National Championship Game as it features some of the NFL's best players and emerging talents. However, defense wins championships, and the Jets certainly top that category
