After a huge upset loss to Ball State and another close upset the next week against Virginia, the Indiana Hoosiers finally managed to fix themselves together, beating the South Carolina State Bulldogs by a score of 38-21.

New quarterback Edward Wright-Baker played solid in this one, going 21-of-27 for 273 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions.

The Hoosiers had a big game on the ground, rushing for 271 yards. D'Angelo Roberts led the way in the rushing attack, having 19 carries for 102 yards and a score.

Duwyce Wilson played great as well, having six catches for 101 yards and a score. Sophomore, Kofi Hughes, also scored a touchdown as well, helped sealing the game with a 40-yard score from Wright-Baker.

The Hoosiers are now 1-2 on the season, giving new head coach Kevin Wilson his first victory at Indiana.

IU will be looking for their second win against North Texas.
