If you were optimistic about this NBA lockout ending early, it was nice having a good spirit, but things are not looking so good for the association.

With a new labor deal trying to get reached, the NBA calender is now behind with camps postponed and the pre-season games not being able to start on time.

The NBA has cancelled the training camps and 43 pre-season games with no labor deal reached. Camps were supposed to start October 3rd and all pre-season games from October 9-15 are cancelled.

"We have regretfully reached the point on the calendar where we are not able to open training camps on time and need to cancel the first week of preseason games," deputy commissioner Adam Silver said in a statement. "We will make further decisions as warranted."

I really hope the NBA season starts by at least January maybe, which is probably the best shot as I look at it.

This isn't good, not good at all.
