It's nearly that time of year, when the leaves change colors and the computers once again decide who's the best college football team in America.
This season it will be a close contest between LSU, Alabama and Oklahoma.
Looking behind the top three however, there are certain to be some teams riding high on their reputation and past success.
Here are three SEC powerhouses destined to be overrated when the season's first BCS standings are released:
Florida (4-2)
After two devastating back to back losses to Alabama and LSU the Gators find themselves out of the national championship picture.
Florida was ranked as high as No. 12 before the Bama game and now sit comfortably outside of the AP top 25, and deservedly so.
However, consider what will happen if the Gators can squeak out a win on the road at defending national champion Auburn on Saturday, at 5-2 Florida will see their BCS balloon begin to over-inflate.
No. 15 South Carolina (5-1)
The SEC East is down this season, and to make matters worse the SEC West is wreaking havoc on the entire college football landscape.
When you look at the Gamecocks' resume, nothing truly stands out. South Carolina lost to Auburn at home in Week 5 by a field goal, and nearly lost two weeks before that at home to Navy.
Quarterback Stephen Garcia was released from the team earlier this week and the Gamecocks seem poised to get blown out in the SEC Championship Game again in 2011.
No. 10 Arkansas (5-1)
The Razorbacks 24-point stomping of Auburn last Saturday may just turn out to be the worst thing that ever happened to college football.
Before that game, Arkansas narrowly avoided losing to a struggling Texas A&M squad and was blown out at Alabama, 38-14.
The Razorbacks have no business being ranked tenth in the nation right now and the BCS rankings are sure to have them even higher given their SEC affiliation.
