After tearing his biceps in his right arm, Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Gerald McCoy will have to miss the remainder of this year's NFL season. McCoy injured his right bicep during the team's loss to the New Orleans Saints yesterday.
McCoy has had history with biceps injury, having to miss time from last season due to the same injury, except on his left arm.
"That's football. Matt Stafford missed two seasons for the Detroit Lions and he's probably playing his best football right now," coach Raheem Morris. "He's got to come back, he's got to rehab, he's got to get his mind right and come back ready to play, and be ready to play a 16-game season."
The Bucs are in a tough spot right now, placed third in the NFC South currently with a 4-4 record.
