With Jerry Sandusky facing over 50 counts of sexual abuse charges, his lawyer isn't defending him too well. Well, at least in this instance that happened just recently.

After Penn State's Mike McQueary found Sandusky sexually abusing a young boy in the locker room shower, Sandusky's lawyer Joe Amendola defended him; saying that they should dial "1-800 REALITY."

Apparently, when you go to the phone number, it doesn't lead to anything good at all.

Here's what the New York Daily News found out (which is kind of weird them if they were the ones looking this number up):
It turns out that's a number for gay-sex phone service . A recorded introduction says the phone chat forum is "the hottest place for triple-X action."

"Get ready for bulging, bursting pleasure," the intro to the line says.
Uhm...interesting. If Sandusky's lawyer can't even help him, this disgusting man has no way out of anything (which is good).

However, this isn't the first time Amendola has screwed things up for his client. Twice he has put Sandusky on interviews that just made the man seem worse when he appeared on TV with Bob Costas and had a talk with the New York Times, as he admitted to showering with boys.

Here's what an attorney thinks, courtesy of the same source:

"I wouldn't even want to begin to get into Amendola's head," said attorney Marci Hamilton, a Benjamin Cardozo School of Law professor and an advocate for victims who have suffered sexual abuse. Hamilton, with co-counsel Jeff Anderson, also filed a lawsuit last week on behalf of a 29-year-old man who said he was abused more than 100 times by Sandusky between 1992 and 1996.

"He's very unorthodox," Hamilton said, referring to Amedola's approval of the interviews. "I don't know if that is good or bad."
I don't know either.
