According to ESPN.com, the Oakland Raiders have now found their new head coach after firing Hue Jackson. They will hire former Broncos' defensive coordinator, Dennis Allen.

They spent much of Tuesday night agreeing to a deal.

I think this is a solid pick-up. If you have saw the Broncos play this season (which you probably have because of Mr. Tebow), their defense has just been flat-out amazing (expect against the Patriots, of course).

I think Oakland can find success with Allen and build a strong defense from there.

It's going to be fun to watch.
