Last year, Dodgers' reliever Ronald Belisario missed last year due to visa problems from Venezuela. However, it was because he used the drug cocaine, which he tested positive for that kept him from signing US paperwork to get him into the country and play baseball.

Belisario will have to serve a 25-game suspension because of the MLB's drug-policy. Belisario said he's only tried it once and doesn't need treatment.

"I don't have a problem with any drugs," he said. "It was a one-time thing."

He is currently on the team's restricted list, which means he can't take up the 40-man roster. Belisario has other problems before, like in 2009 when he was caught for a DUI in Pasedena. He also missed a month in 2010, something he won't talk about.

"That is in the past," he said. "I don't want to talk about it."

Belisario spent last season pitching in the Venezuelan league, where posted a 5.16 ERA.

"I'm going to be here for a long time," he said. "I am so excited to be here. I waited for this moment when I was home, and finally, I'm here."

Hopefully he can turn his life around back in Los Angeles.
