During a loss for the Houston Dynamo, the team's midfielder Colin Clark was caught on video calling a ballboy a gay slur.
The third-year pro was going to the sideline for a throw-in, and then called the kid the gay slur.
He would later apologize on his Twitter account.
"I didn't mean to disrespect anyone and am sorry for letting my emotions get the best of me," Clark wrote in his next post. "It's not who I am and it won't happen again."
