After dislocating his right ankle three days ago, Joba Chamberlain is now out of the hospital. The New York Yankees pitcher will be in a cast for the next six weeks.
General manager, Brian Cashman, says the 26-year-old's recovery is going well as expected.
Chamberlain was playing with his son, but then he injured his ankle, which required surgery to be fixed. Cashman says there is no timetable for his return.
Chamberlain has had his way of injuries lately, as he was just recovering elbow ligament replacement surgery. He was expected to return in June.
Hopefully his recovery goes well. Wish the best to ya, Joba.
