With Andrew Luck obviously being drafted by the Indianapolis Colts now, the only thing to make it official is when he signs the contract.
With the rookie wage scale intact, Luck's contract will ultimately resemble Cam Newton's, the No. 1 pick of last year's draft.
Adam Schefter reports that Luck's contract is expected to be a four-year deal worth $22 million. For Robert Griffin III, who will be drafted by the Washington Redskins, he will most likely sign a contract close to Von Miller, who was the second overall pick last year.
With that, both Luck and RGIII will have a combined $42-43 million deal over four years. In comparison, Peyton Manning will be making $38 million alone for then next two seasons.
