Peyton Manning doesn't have much time left in the NFL, especially considering his neck. Now with the Denver Broncos, the team looks to have a back-up to be mentored under the 36-year-old.

Denver recently added Caleb Hanie to the roster and already have Adam Weber, but they may look deeper than as John Elway has requested the team to workout 6'8" quarterback, Brock Osweiler according to NFL.com.

Osweiler is labeled as the fourth-best QB, and probably the tallest ever, and looks to be drafted somewhere in the second or third round. He was a one-year starter at Arizona State last year.

"His pocket-passing game would make him a nice fit as a second-round pick for Denver, where he can utilize his strengths and learn behind new Broncos offensive leader Peyton Manning," NFL.com's Chad Reuter wrote this week. "The future Hall of Famer's multiple neck surgeries and age might lead the team to find a young apprentice sooner than later."

Osweiler had an impressive season last year with the Sun Devils, recording over 4,000 yards with 26 touchdowns and only 13 interceptions.
