Cleveland Indians pitcher, Ubaldo Jimenez, is looking to appeal his five-game suspension after hitting former Colorado Rockies teammate, Troy Tulowitzki, on Sunday in a Spring Training game.
With the suspension, Jimenez is scheduled start on the second game of the Indians' season as they face the Toronto Blue Jays.
The 28-year-old struggled last season when he got traded to the Indians, as he posted 5.10 ERA. This was just a year after his career-season of 19 wins and only eight losses, posting a 2.88 ERA in 2010.
