The Miami Heat and Boston Celtics are at it again as they both play to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals.
However, both teams have their share of some tough injuries to their team.
The Heat are still without one of their key members in the Big 3 with Chris Bosh. Miami almost lost to the Indiana Pacers in the Semifinals with Bosh out, but LeBron James and Dwynae Wade were able to carry them to victory.
The Celtics have had their share of injuries as well, losing out on guard Avery Bradley for the rest of the season. Bradley will have to undergo surgery on his shoulder. The Celtics also have Ray Allen a little banged up as well with his ankle.
However, both teams have no excuses coming into this series because of injuries. They are here to win and they won't let injuries get in their way.
"Get out of here with that," Wade told Michael Wallace of ESPN. "I don't believe none of that. No feet hurting, no (one being) tired, nothing. This is the Boston Celtics. They're all 100 percent to me. When they play the Miami Heat, it's a different ball game. And vice versa. No storylines. No excuses."
The Celtics may be a little banged up heading into Monday night's game, as they are coming off a tough seven-game series versus the Philadelphia 76ers.
"We'll be ready," Rivers said. "It's going to be a tough turnaround, but listen, we're not an excuse team. We'll be ready on Monday."
