Man, you just gotta love a player like Kenneth Faried. I remember watching him back at Morehead State, where he helped them upset Louisville in the first round of last year's NCAA Tournament.

Now coming in as rookie, and appearing small on paper for his position of power forward (6-8, 228 pounds), he definitely does not play like it. He attacked the boards in college and he has done the same in Denver so far this season, averaging 10.2 points and about eight rebounds per game.

Faried showed off dunking ability in the Nuggets' Game 3 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers, 99-94. Faried was a monster, throwing down a ferocious slam in the early in the fourth to put the Nuggets up 78-69.

Faried would finish with a solid performance, having 12 points and 15 rebounds. Denver currently trails the Lakers in this Round 1 series, 2-1.
