The Miami Heat cancelled their practice and media availability today after their Game 3 beatdown from the Indiana Pacers.

Is this a sign of team conflict?

It could be after all frustrations from back-to-back losses, but why would they cancel practice because of that? It seems a lot more than that.

ESPN's Stephen A. Smith says this is unlike Miami to cancel practice. He thinks an implosion is taking place from the Heat.

According to ESPN Accuscore, Miami is now the underdogs the rest of the way. If they lose game four, their chances dwindle down to 21-percent of winning.

If Indiana wins again on Sunday, we could see many changes in South Beach this off-season.

Who knows, we might see Erik Spoelstra fired and maybe even see Dwyane Wade being traded as suggested by ESPN's Mike Greenberg.
