It was said that it could be the Toronto Raptors at the eighth pick, but general manager Bryan Colangelo declined, although he did say he was one of the top players of their lists.
The other believed team was the Phoenix Suns at No. 13, and that may be it, according to Gery Woelfel of the Journal-Times:
I’ve been told by two NBA officials that it is the Phoenix Suns, who pick right after the Bucks
It wouldn't be surprising if it is in fact the Suns. Steve Nash is more than likely to leave this off-season and having a guy like Waiters can help fill the need at point guard then.
We'll see what happens in the draft, which is now two weeks away.
