The Orlando Magic are in search for a new head coach after firing Stan Van Gundy. Hopefully, they can find a head coach that can cope with disgruntled center, Dwight Howard.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Orlando's man could be current Indiana Pacers' assistant, Brian Shaw.
Shaw, by all accounts, is already the leading candidate for the Magic coaching job.
Shaw did well, helping Frank Vogel out as an assistant for Indiana. He was expected to be the next head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers after Phil Jackson retired, but they went with the surprising move of hiring Mike Brown.
Shaw looks like the guy the Magic need. Howard was rumored that he would stay if Shaw is head coach. Shaw seems like the perfect fit to me, as he also used to be a guard for them in his playing days in the NBA.
We'll see what happens if they go with Shaw, or if they decide to go with Jackson, according to the rumors.
