The Miami Heat were able to save themselves Thursday night, keeping their season alive in a Game 6 victory over the Boston Celtics 98-79.
Chris Bosh played more minutes during the victory, playing 28 total off the bench. He went for nine points and six rebounds. It may not seem much, but it played a big role as his presence was huge for the victory.
The Heat are now one win away from the NBA Finals and they'll need their Big Three more than ever to come up over the Celtics.
It's still uncertain though, if Bosh will start. However, according to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, expect Bosh to be coming off the bench. The star big man said it himself, too.
"I think we have a good thing going right now and I'll continue to come off the bench as long as it's good. I'm going to have my time out there with certain lineups, and that's not going to change my approach and how I do things."
Head coach Erik Spoelstra will reportedly not reveal the starting lineup until an hour before tipoff. If what Bosh is saying is true, Udonis Haslem will most likely start at center with Shane Battier at power forward.
"Starting is irrelevant, totally irrelevant," Bosh said. "I think it'll be irrelevant for as long as we're playing. It really doesn't matter for me. I just want to be out there and as long as I get to play, it doesn't matter."
Miami is going to need a pretty good game from all three. I think they will be able to pull it out and face the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Enjoy the game, folks!
