New York Jets back-up quarterback Tim Tebow had the chance to take the staring job last. If not taking it from Mark Sanchez, he had the opportunity to have the Big Apple buzz still regarding his qualifications to truly be the starting quarterback.

Unfortunately for Tebow, he showed us that he might be just who we thought he was, as he was a putrid 5-of-14 passing for 69 yards in the team's Week Two pre-season loss the New York Giants Saturday night.

The designated wildcat quarterback and famous back-up voiced his displeasure to the Newark Star Ledger about his offensive line.

“I was probably just frustrated because we want to get on the same [page] and have it run smooth.”

Several members of the New York Giants stated that could sense and see the frustration all over his face. I’m not sure what it means but it doesn't say much that on a night when Sanchez had an interception returned for a 77-yard touchdown, Tebow may have had an ever worse performance.

Looks like another week of the Jets dominating the back of the New York tabloids, and for all the wrong reasons.
