Former New York Jets right tackle Wayne Hunter is happy to be with the St. Louis Rams after he was traded to them just recently.

He is beyond relieved to no longer be a Jet, so much so that he took time out of his schedule to totally rip the team's fans.

Hunter had some unflattering things to say regarding Jets fans, according to the New York Post.

“They’re like sharks,” Hunter said. “If they don’t like you, they let you know right off the bat. And even if you’re doing good, they might just not like you for the heck of it. It’s brutal over there. Those fans, they know what they want, and they pretty much demand it. So if you don’t give it to them, they’ll let you know.

“I’m so happy for a fresh new start. I think it’s what I needed. I think it’s what we both needed, from what I heard.”

Hunter states that he has now ill will towards the Jets organization as a whole. At this point, Hunter would like to just move on.
