Well, now he's back, as he invaded Ireland, disrupting the game between Navy and Notre Dame on Sunday.
During the third quarter, the Jungle Bird came in and "scored a touchdown" and then started dancing. The security eventually got up to him. Notre Dame ended up winning the game, 50-10.
