Terrence Williams was drafted by the New Jersey Nets as the 11th overall pick in the 2009 NBA draft. The 6-6 swingman was then traded to the Houston Rockets after less than a season with the Nets. After two seasons with them, Williams was cut and later signed a 10-day deal with the Sacramento Kings before being let go.
After being released by the Kings, Williams tried giving the NBA another shot, trying out for the Detroit Pistons this season, but he didn’t make the team. He then went to China and played with the Guangdong Southern Tigers.
The 25-year-old has averaged 7.1 points and 3.4 rebounds per game for his career.
