Three-star tight end Kalan Ritchie has committed to play for the South Carolina Gamecocks, according to multiple reports.The 6-6, 225-pound prospect from Goose Creek (SC) High School chose the Gamecocks over offers from Clemson, UConn, North Carolina State and Virginia Tech.
Ritchie is ranked No. 10 at the tight end position by ESPN and No. 34 overall by Scout.com.
The Gamecoks have three pledges for 2014.
