Tulsa Golden Hurricane has landed a verbal from quarterback prospect Jabe Burgess, according to multiple sources.The 6-2, 200-pound prospect from Greenwood (AR) High School also held an offer from Illinois.
Burgess is the first pledge of Tulsa's 2014 class.
