Welcome to the Stanley Cup, fellow hockey fans! This is where heroes are born! These are the games that you will be talking about for years and years, and it's time to get excited for puck drop!There's reason for excitement. You have the greatest run possibly in NHL Playoffs history with the Boston Bruins this year, and let's remember, without that comeback game, they wouldn't even be here! Then you have the best streak in NHL history from the Chicago Blackhawks this season and both teams are hot heading into the Stanley Cup Finals.
Well, now for my prediction:
Boston Bruins In 7
Look, I went against Boston last series, and they proved me wrong. . .badly wrong. They played phenomenal defense and the line of Milan Lucic, David Krejci and Nathan Horton outplayed any "great" line that the Pittsburgh Penguins threw out there. I think this line, along with the great defense that we have seen from guys such as Zdeno Chara, Johnny Boychuk and Torey Krug, will lead the Bruins to a championship.
Also, Krejci has just been fantastic during the Stanley Cup Playoffs so far and so has Horton. They are just generating alot of offense that people didnt expect to see out of Boston. Also to go along with the great offense and defense, Tuuka Rask has been phenomenal in the net so far. He shined last series, letting up two goals in four games against the great Penguins offense!
This is why I pick the Bruins to take down the Blackhawks in this series.
