It seems like track and field sprinter Allyson Felix can’t catch a break.
Felix tore her hamstring during the 200-meter race at the IAAF World Championships in Moscow.
The reigning Olympic gold medalist in the event pulled up in a world of pain as Jamaica’s Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce went on to win.
Felix, of course, was visibly devastated after the injury.
“It is a serious injury, but I don’t know exactly to what extent,” she said. “I wish all of my teammates the best for the rest of the meet.”
