According to Kicks On Fire, the Foamposite will have a Black/Red colorway that will be very similar to a 2007/2011 release, in addition with custom features made by the child from the hospital who will be designing the sneaker.
This will be the first time the Foams will receive this treatment. However, judging off how Nike has been handling the sneaker this year with various colorways like "Army Camo" or "Fighter Jet" and today's release of the "Thermal Maps", a Doernbecher colorway shouldn't come to anyone's surprise.
Expect the Nike Air Foamposite One "Doernbecher" to release Nov. 9, if the rumor turns out be true.
