Miami Heat power forward Udonis Haslem married his longtime girlfriend and fiancée, Faith Rein, last weekend in Miami.
The New York Times was there to document it, and they gave an amazing story on the relationship Haslem and Rein share.
Haslemm, who is one of the true tough guys of the NBA, has been with Rein for 14 years and felt it was finally the right time to make Faith an honest women.
It was an amazing wedding, and according to reports, Rein gave Haslem the ultimate wedding gift as she allowed him to walk down the aisle to 2pac’s hit song, “Amerikaz Most Wanted.”
Carrying a bouquet of garden roses and white hydrangeas, the bride wowed the crowd in a strapless lace mermaid-style Vera Wang gown. After she and Mr. Haslem kissed four times as man and wife, they walked along a rose-strewn path to the strains of Tupac Shakur’s “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.”We can assume the song has some sort of meaning for both Haslem and his beautiful bride.
