Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tyler Zeller didn’t play Friday night, and many thought it was because of a hip flexor. Cavaliers radio play-by-play announcer John Michael tweeted that Zeller had to have an emergency appendectomy that day to remove his appendix.
Michael writes: Zeller is expected to be fine for opening night, and will be out for three-to-four weeks.
