ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that the Cowboys could be $31 million over the salary cap next season. The Cowboys reworked the deals of linebacker DeMarcus Ware, tight end Jason Witten, wide receiver Miles Austin, cornerbacks Brandon Carr and Orlando Scandrick, center Ryan Cook, right tackle Doug Free, defensive tackle Jay Ratliff and guards Mackenzy Bernadeau and Nate Livings last offseason, so we can expect some of the same in a few months.
