While former backcourt mate, Brandon Jennings, promised to change his awful display of shooting with the Detroit Pistons, Ellis chose the "umma-do-me" approach when asked by media members if he planned to change anything about his game.
"There's a lot of guys that take a lot of bad shots in this league," Ellis told NBA.com's Jeff Caplan. "I'm gonna play Monta-ball."
