DeMarco-Murray-October-2013
The DeMarco Murray era in Dallas could soon be coming to a halting stop. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network is reporting that the Cowboys have cooled on their starting running back, and are prepared to seek options via trade because Murray is no longer deemed the long term answer at RB.

Pro Football Talk adds that the most obvious target could be Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew.
The most obvious target would be Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew. Even though G.M. Dave Caldwell has said that Jones-Drew won’t be traded, we’ve reported that he’d be available at the right price.
Dallas would, of course, have to figure out how to fit Jones-Drew and his $4.9 million salary under their already stressed cap. Some other names mentioned were Detroit Lions' Mikel Leshoure, New Orleans Saints' Mark Ingram and Oakland Raiders' Darren McFadden.

Leshoure I could see with the Cowboys; but Ingram isn’t an upgrade over Murray, and McFadden is just as injury-prone.
