NFL Rumors: Michael Vick Out, Nick Foles To Start For Eagles?

It really won’t be news until we get an official confirmation from Chip Kelly, but it looks like Nick Foles will get his shot to run the Philadelphia Eagles read option offense.

Michael Vick is expected to miss next week's game, as he's still in pain from his hamstring injury he suffered against the New York Giants on Sunday. ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Vick is likely to be out.
