This play is going to be very controversial. The New York Jets got hit with a roughing-the-passer penalty by the referees after a Jets defender hit New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees below the waist in Sunday's game during Week 9 of the 2013 NFL season. I don't think it was roughing-the-passer, but because it's Drew Brees, the Jets got hit with the penalty. What do you think of this play?
