NFL Rumors: Jay Ratliff Expected To Choose Between Chiefs, Bears

It looks like former Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Jay Ratliff is close to deciding to where he wants to resume his NFL football career.

According to ESPN's Ed Werder, Ratliff ix expected to choose between the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Bears, despite a late visit to the Miami Dolphins.
