Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is the 2013 Heisman Memorial Trophy winner.
Winston blew out the rest of the competition in what was the most lopsided victory in Heisman history. Winston threw for nearly 4,000 yards and 38 touchdowns while leading the Seminoles to an undefeated season. Both of those stats are freshman records.

Winston is only the second freshman to ever win the award. Last year’s Heisman winner, Johnny Manziel, was the first.
Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron came in second, Northern Illinois quarterback Jordan Lynch came in third, Boston College running back Andre Williams came in fourth, Manziel came in fifth and Auburn running back Tre Mason came in sixth place.
Winston’s fantastic freshman season isn’t over just yet. He still has his toughest task ahead of him: beating Auburn in the BCS National Championship Game.
